About Alexio

Alexio is Canada's Cyber Risk Solution for Healthcare & Small Business

With the exponential rise in ransomware, hacking, data theft, scams, and extortion, small business in in BIG trouble. So we’re fixing it.

Data protection needs to happen regardless of the size of the organization. SME’s are a huge target with small IT resources. Ransomware alone has cost businesses billions of dollars. If antivirus worked, we would have far less cyber-crime. The world is more connected than ever, and cyber-attacks are conducted using sophisticated tools that can hit massive numbers of targets at the same time.
The attacks against us are automated so we must fight them with all the best tools including automation, machine-learning, and AI. And, although there’s been more push towards cybersecurity training in organizations, up to 90% of successful cyber-attacks are facilitated by human error. This means we need to protect things proactively, use tools to block silly mistakes, and have an efficient alert system for escalation when necessary.

Alexio provides an automated multi-layer approach to computer endpoint security virtually eliminating manual processes, labour, and the problems associated with variation of human talent. And now, we’ve added a world-class training program for cybersecurity awareness that is specifically designed for people to learn continously, as each new type of threat or scam emerges

"One of the biggest challenges in implementing great cyber-security is not always the expense, it's the need for people to embrace change. It IS inconvenient, and that's the whole point. We need to make it more difficult for cyber-criminals and that can't happen if you want unfettered access yourself."
